He’s a huge Korean artist, and known in the US for his viral video on YouTube, “Gangnam Style.” We recently reported that he was signed to Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun. Psy was also seen at the VMAs on Thusday and made a cameo during the show with host Kevin Hart. Now, Psy is making headlines because he surprised Britney Spears while doing an appearance along with Simon Cowell on the Ellen Show.
