Here is a clip of some footage from ON TV Subscription Television, which was an early cable TV option in Chicago. (not sure if other cities had it) I think this clip dates to March 1983, since Quest for Fire was not released in the US until 1982, so I don’t think cable would have gotten it until the next year.
