Patton: Blood, Guts, and Prayer
Keane takes readers on a journey through Patton’s career in three parts: his military prowess, his inspirational bravery, and his faith. Known more for his profanity than his prayers, this book sheds light on a little-known aspect of Patton’s life: his faith.

Excellent book,
Just got my copy of this book last week and am half way through it.
I’ve always enjoyed reading military biographies, and I’ve read everything on Patton.
The book is very well written. And the stories themselves are very interesting, This book illuminates so many different sides of Patton that I didn’t know about, particularly how his faith informed his actions, including the notorious soldier slapping incident and the famous prayer for good weather during the Battle of the Bulge.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who is also a military buff, like me

|a good biography about Patton,
I have read a number of detailed biographies about Patton, but this book really illuminated insights into the man’s core character that I had never understood. An easy read, both well written and informative. I highly recommend it.

|A Must Read,
This book is a must read for anyone regardless of your feelings toward General Patton. I just finished reading it and it was a wonderful read.
Michael Keane is an amazing writer with the ability to truly bring Patton’s story to life. His emphasis on bringing a well rounded story of General Patton was done so through his life of prayer and family. Michael Keane was able to share a side of Patton that I don’t believe many have experienced before.
If you haven’t had the chance to read this book I strongly recommended going out and buying two copies and sharing one with the history lover in your family. It’s a great read. Thank you Michael Keane.
