Truly One of-a-kind,
Bought this book in Japan while on business there.
Being a fan of MJ from very young, I have dressed like him, danced like him and even had a Jheri curl (who didn’t?). His music has comforted me during tough times, hyped me up during competitions and even made me cry….
I was very hesitant about purchasing this book as most of the ones I have read/purchased in the past were full of reprints and redistribution of pictures that have been around for years.
What a pleasant surprise! This book is full of refreshing new details and pictures on MJ from the Authors up close and personal contact with him. After his acquittal, not much was heard about MJ after his departure from the USA. Glad to see someone portray MJ in a positive light giving the man respect for what he was “The Business Man, the Philanthropist, the King of Pop and the Loving Father”.
Great read, highly recommended.

|A Personal Glimpse Behind the Scenes,
Admittedly, I was a bit disappointed when the book arrived. It was not the picturebook I had expected but instead was pleasantly surprised to be reading a very intimate chronicle of the author’s time with Michael while in Japan. This isnt sugar coated fluff nor laden with tabloid junk. This is real talk which contains little known details about Michael’s state of mind during that time and other information that hasnt been already told a hundred times before. The few pictures we do get are beautifully presented collages and shows Michael happy to be back in the thick of things. My only complaint is that it was way too short, read it within one night but it is something that I would pick up again and again.

|Sweet book about Michael’s visit to Japan,
It’s a rather thin book for $30 I paid for it, but I don’t regret the purchase. The book tells a story of Michael Jackson’s visit to Japan in 2006. For me as a fan it was very interesting to learn details of the visit and how it came to life, and get a glimpse into Michael’s emotional state at the time (it was his first public appearance after acquittal). The author writes about Michael with affection, and it is evident that he respects and honors MJ a lot.
Text in the book is in 2 languages – English and Japanese.
