Yea it’s a lip sync but whatever, she’s sang live a numerous amount of times. You can’t do it ALL the time. At least she CAN lip sync! Some people can’t sing live or lip sync… Bless their hearts. Got nothin but love for Dion

If you’ve done your research, you’d know that Celine was going through a phase of vocal problems throughout 2007-2008 and had to cancel several shows. So, if she Lipsynced, still don’t matter, cuz people forgive Britney for having never sung live in the past 10 years, or Mariah frequently….
