This Book Had a Few Problems,
This book had a few problems. The secrets section is in the back of the book and is hard to use (going from one section to another). Also, some directions are wrong (mistaking right for left , north for south, etc.). This makes the game a little harder, but doesn’t ruin it. All in all, not a bad book. It does the job–no more.

|Getting past Alexandria without the revolver,
This book is a “must have” to get through this game. I would have given up on the game long ago without it! The problem is when you get to Alexandria, you need the revolver and the book doesn’t tell how to get it. I haven’t found it but I found an alternative way to shoot the targets: Put wide shot ammo in your shotgun and the equip yourself with the grenade launcher. Slide down the ramp to the target area and jump up and fire the grenade launcher. This will get all lower targets. Immediately grab your shotgun and jump to shoot the remaining three targets. With luck, you will get all targets and receive the token for the trouble.

As usual… the pics are great. However, the pics alone are not going to get you through the game. Up until Alexandria… I have no major problem with the book. However it is here in Alexandria that we first learn there is a magoer problem. Where is the revolver? Did we miss something?? No. They neglected to tell us where it is and how to get it. the next level is the first level in which the revolver is important. However, it does not become so important to have until after you reach the lost library. Those of you who have played the game know what I mean. So now without the revolver, I came looking for another book. I hope to find one that tells me where to find the revolver. This Guide is pretty much useless now.
