I will never watch your show Mz Couric. You’re treatment of Governor Palin was appalling, yellow journalism. And you referring to the American public as “the unwashed masses” was the epitome of arrogant elitism so rampant in your profession as well as the Democratic Party.
It’s called cutltural differences. Humility and being appreciative is a Latin American trait. It’s not about complaining about your life. She knows she has more blessings than most people in the developing world (what she grew up seeing), so she’s appreciative and does everything she can to give back. U.S. Americans are spoiled and entitled- maybe you can relate to a whiney GAGA or PINK, but I relate to a Shakira.
