On this one, her iris’s are way too big, and her face is very narrow. Again, I think the eyes are sit too high on her face. Lastly, her right (our left) shoulder is too low, I think it it is the angle at which you drew it. the musculature right there is also distracting.
I like the water effect at the bottom of the page. If you carried it over across the whole page, I think it would look really cool to see her sitting in some water.
