@kellykinsel You are so dimwitted it amazes me. When he said “it was a gift from god” he was talking about the inspiration he got to write this song. You’ve gotta understand that Bono is a very religious and poetic man.
,,i dont understand,,u mean there was a song playing at the concert here?
and it was beatles type song?……why would that emote a saying by bono,,, a gift from god..
( lennon said the beatles were, more POPular than god..not ..’from’ God)…..no..
i’m back to being curious as to why Bono say’s,,,this song is a gift…from God.
My 17yo son is now on his way home from U2s first Melbourne concert (his first arena gig!). Bono is in fine voice … I could hear him singing from my home …. several kilometres from Etihad Stadium where they just finished playing!
This song has been the last of the the encores for the last several concerts at least.

WTF is Bono saying when he say’s this song is a ‘gift from God’…
does Bono get Email from Jesus Christ?
and he sent him a song he wrote?…..
i thought the last song God wrote was ..Somebody to Love by the Airplane.
This song continues to grow on me every time I hear it, every one of us goes through our own moment of surrender at some point. The ending especially is very moving…
I love it, I love this..
I love you Bono, I love U2
This song is way too emotional to be the last song of the concert.
“at the moment”

He was referring to the melody that was playing before they started Moment of Surrender I believe. It sounded like a melody from a Beatles tune.
bad for the final live !!
This song is so amazing
what makes you think this
he actually does get it from above and i believe every artist gets divine inspiration for creating his art
yess and again we belgians created the stage since the beginning of the nineties already also clothes bono wears are belgian artist’s
