Bee Gees (Robin Gibb 1949 – 2012) RIP : How Can You Mend a Broken Heart (’71) HQ
Bee Gees’ singer Robin Gibb has sadly died aged 62 on May 20 after a lengthy battle with cancer Rest In Peace Robin Thank You For The Music . Wonderful song released by the Bee Gees in 1971. The song had been written by Barry and Robin Gibb in August 1970, when the Gibb brothers had reconvened following a period of break-up and alienation. They said that they originally offered it to Andy Williams, but ultimately the Bee Gees recorded it themselves and included it on their 1971 album, Trafalgar. How Can You Mend a Broken Heart (Barry and Robin Gibb) I can think of younger days when living for my life Was everything a man could want to do. I could never see tomorrow,I was never told about the sorrow. And how can you mend a broken heart? How can you stop the rain from falling down? How can you stop the sun from shining? What makes the world go round? How can you mend this broken man? How can a loser ever win? Please help me mend my broken heart and let me live again. I can still feel the breeze that rustles through the trees And misty memories of days gone by We could never see tomorrow, noone said a word about the sorrow. And how can you mend a broken heart? How can you stop the rain from falling down? How can you stop the sun from shining? What makes the world go round? How can you mend this broken man? How can a loser ever win? Please help me mend my broken heart and let me live again. less Tags: Free clip from SHAYMCN1 on YouTube Sep 20, 2010

I want to upload this to my channel.. Robin broke my heart with his voice and now with his death.. I will never love anyone else… RIP Robin my one TRUE love… I miss you so much…
I had a broken heart when this song was released. I thought I was gonna die, but I didn’t. This song has all sorts of memories for me, still one of my favorites.
No doubt, Maurice- the handsomest of the brothers, followed by Andy, then Barry , then Robin- but wait It’s Robin who charmed me. Goodnight, Rob….we love you & your brothers.
these songs bring back so many memories, I love listenening to them just as much as I ddid when I was a teenager. Can never get enough of the Bee Gees. it’s so sad that Barry is the only one left. RIP Robin, Maurice & Andy we will miss you all. Carry on Barry at least we (the Fans still have You).
R.I.P. Robin.

The BeeGees define a whole decade of music, the 70′s, like no other group or singer ever has. I grew up in the seventies and remember when How Can You Mend A Broken Heart first came out around 1970. Their early music was great but back then nobody knew how great the BeeGees would become. Though I prefer their early stuff they hit it big with Saturday Night Fever. They ended the 70′s as one of the biggest groups in the world.
Wonderful vid….thanks for posting! ..And now Robin has gone to harmonize with Mo and Andy…
Goodbye bee gees
