Bob Dylan co-wrote this song!
U2 + Dylan + B.B. King = musical heaven
it came back so i guess its love. grateful.
B.B’s hoes are hardcoar, and Adam is so kewl! <3
I adore that eerie neon-blue glow, and B.B’s guitar playing suits this song formidably.
Sing sha-la-la bitches!
this song quotes the book of psalms….jesus didnt condemn the roman centurian jesus just said be fair and dont shake people down..none of the killers in ireland were representing jesus..many churches teach things that contradict scripture.pure religion is helping widows and orphons which we can only do when we worship the jesus of scholarly scripture like the king james,or new king james or eugene petersons message.please log on to equip.org listen to hank hanegraaff broadcasts
Creo q ahora si entiendo el valor de esta canción .. love rescue me .. indeed
Unless your a U2 fan of course, then you have definatley heard it…
serach You Tube for “U2 & BB King: When Love Comes To Town” choose the veriosu by VoxJovi1123….. They dont make em like that anymore !!!
That “Black Guy” is BB King, one of the Greatest Blues Gutiar Players of all times !
The Black guy kicks ass in this song. He has a strong voce and sings it effortlessly. He is also a badass playing the guitar.
When I was young, love rescued me.
Love, rescue me again!
@sarahmcmitch well, no it shouldn’t. It’s LOVE rescue me just as written and sung, since it was co-written by Bono and Dylan. Don’t turn it into a religious thing. Bono contributed the song to the Playing for Change project which is all about bringing people together with music regardless of background, politics OR religion and in fact is sung by the Omagh Youth Choir made up of Protestant and Catholic kids all affected by the horrific terrorist bombing of their town. ‘Imagine no religion’ JL
@sarahmcmitch – Ahh, but can you say that you were in attendance at an U2 concert during the Joshua Tree tour, which was to become the Rattle and Hum album? Because I was there, a skinny 13 year old boy in the corner of the St. Paul Civic Center. Too young and too f’ed up to know I was experiencing musical mastery.
Bob Dylan co-wrote this song, and that line sounds like his.

Why oh why has a full gig of this tour never been officially released on DVD?!?! They obviously filmed all of this gig! Saw them in Paris on the Lovetown tour and will never forget it!
