no dislikes! congrats carrie!
Love Carrie and love this song!
there’s a certain cry in carrie’s voice whenever she sings old country and it just floors me. i can’t help but feel emotional. that’s one of the main reasons why i am a fan
I just saw the performance on the country music channel about 20 minutes ago, and I too thought immediately that it should have been on her new album. I adore her and am so so happy when she continues to sound beautiful. It’s nice to see her continue to look so lovely too, after a year of marriage. This song and her emotional rendering of it made me literally cry almost all the way through it. I do hope she’s allowed to release it somehow.
What was this for like was it an Alan Jackson tribute or…?
I sure hope this beautiful cover song makes it on the Blown Away tour set list!
OPRY STAR CARRIE UNDERWOOD!
carrie did this song justice… ita takes you away to that place where everything feels raw and real.. LOVE IT!!!! it was not simply beautiful but breath taking
I was in tears^ lol my bad.
Within the first 3 seconds of hearing her sing this, I was in years. I adore this song and hearing my idol song it just means so much to me. Truly beautiful.
I love her cover of this song!!!
Carrie sounded amazing, can’t stop listening to it.
This is just beautiful! I can’t believe how she just impresses me every single way she goes up that stage!
I got the opportunity to listen to this performance through WSM radio and I was delighted! It was a pretty good hault, ’cause she started to sing at 8pm and here, in Portugal, it was 1am! I had to stay up waiting for her to sing other songs, however, it was too late to continue! Anyway, it was definitely worth it! LOVE HER!
Carrie is amazing! nuff said
I get lost in her voice every time I hear this
She did amazing.. I love her!!
amazing cover! love her so much!
she is like an angel !!
always love carrie covering others’ songs because she sings like no one else and absolutely amazing and angelic…
my heart is melting…
Divine is the only thing that comes to mind upon listening to this wonderful performance. Not that I’m complaining about the outcome but am I the only one thinking she should have included this Alan Jackson song on Play On instead of ”Look At Me”? Might have struck a bigger chord with the critics as well. Carrie, I love you! Music wouldn’t be the same if you ever stopped singing!
No one can cover a song like Carrie. She makes them hers some of the time.
omg, amaaazin … just love this song so much, great lyrics and Carrie’s voice ♥♥♥
