I love the song, Who I Was Born to Be. Really great! Susan puts her whole soul into every song she sings. It’s like she goes into another world when she’s singing. So much feeling and emotion. The best singer ever! You should hear her sing, You Have to Be There! and Return!

May I say that this “Overnight sensation” is not an overnight sensation at all… She has had a dream her whole life, pursued that dream, sang in the holes and caverns of the world, and clawed her way out. She has always had a sensational voice, from youth. The ‘difference’ is that she never gave up, but always gave out.The difference between Susan and you, Susan and I, Susan and anyone, (Because everyone can sing) is that she NEVER GAVE UP! I love Susan so much! Our Father in heaven has blessed her richly through Jesus Christ, His Son. I believe that Susan has been faithful in the Holy and Perfect Eyes of our God and that in His Own Perfect Time He chose to make Susan an overnight world-wide star. Susan has remained humble, as–as she says–money isn’t all that much, after all. Do you know of anyone who has “taken it with them”? No, no one can. It is serving Him through serving others “to make other people happy” as Susan says.

Her version was actually derived from “Paolo Nutini’s” ‘Autumn,’ who wrote the song in remembrance of his grandfather.
