The first time my wife and I went to see an Elvis Presley movie was the last time my wife and I went to see an Elvis Presley movie. His singing was okay, but his acting smelled worst than a toilet.
Elvis said that the reason he didn;t choose Ann was because a relationship with ego’s as big as they’re would never wook and he said that he loved Priscilla cause she reminded him of his mom cause she wanted a family and to care for him and she was offered many interviews and acting roles and Elvis said she could take them but she refued cause she wanted to be with Elvis for him and not for the fame. Ann and Elvis did love each other but I think with Cilla it was more.
You think with a career as big as her’ she would have time to look after Elvis? All Priscilla had was time and she WANTED to take care of him, when they first got married she did everything for him but because he was away she couldn’t be the wife she wished she could be and he wouldn’t let her come along so that’s why they divorced because they’re rlationship was strained because of his career. Priscilla looked after Elvis very well and have him a beautiful daughter.
Was channel surfing and caught this on tv. I’d nearly forgotten how hot Ann Margaret was. She and Elvis together are hotter than the seven rings of Hell.
Viva Las Vegas had to be recut since the original version
featured Ann Margret doing her thing, and stealing elvis
on screen persona. Ann was to hot for this film, glad they
shagged before it was over!:)
Marty Lacker stated -Let me put it this way and I normally don’t do this but if Priscilla wants to face me, I will swear on the lives of my children and grandchildren that is exactly what Elvis told me in ’66 on the day he apologized for his yelling during the only argument we ever had and then asked me to be the Best Man at the wedding. He said the reason for the argument was that her father pressured and threatened him if he didn’t marry her.
Another thing I needed to type.Elvis had told Priscilla,he only saw the young girl she use to be,and he never saw the ‘WOMAN’ she turned out to be.His true love is,and always will be ‘PRISCILLA’.Ann was a part of his life, but that is all.
Carle, how do you KNOW Ann was his TRUE LOVE?.Did you ever meet both of them?.Did you ever speak to her,or him privately.I KNOW,his TRUE LOVE,was PRISCILLA.Why can I say that?.Because based on her bio,she said Elvis had asked her a few months before he died,to come back to her.You need to watch the movie about them both.Do not presume things.I have no respect for Ann.She couldn’t have given a damn that he was a married man.She wanted what she wanted, and to heck with Priscilla.
To be fair, Elvis did feel a great obligation to marry Priscilla because he had previously convinced her parents to let her live with him long before she was of age. By the time she was of age, his infatuation with her may have waned. I’m not saying that’s fair, but it may be true. Also, the first time Priscilla tried LSD, she went wacko and ran out of Graceland screaming about how Elvis didn’t really love her and she knew it. He wouldn’t have sex with her after she gave birth.
He married the woman he really loved, Prescilla.
Just search here on Youtube any video of Elvis & Priscilla.
You could SEE the happiness in those pics of them.
No one had a gun to his head to marry Priscilla. I think he married the love of his life. He went on to date women who looked just like Priscilla! They sure didn’t resemble Ann-Margaret. Ha.
In Ann-Margret’s words they were mirror images of each other– from the first time that they met! That doesn’t happen often! Even though they both had careers, they would have been very happy together. They had an enduring relationship– all the way to the end . . .and her respect for Elvis is still an important part of her heart and soul.
elvis got some some damn good moves in that scene….. and AM is ssoo hot too. chemistry is off the scale
Elvis never die …Elvis is the best.
she is still pretty hot, for an old broad
MJ wrote his own stuff
1:08. Holy Crap look at her wiggle that ass.

….. true. Both women were desirable and good. Still I would have picked the Beautiful Swede (Ann Margret).
)
Also, I don’t think Ann Margret’s career would have gotten in the way, if she had become Mrs. Presley.

Just the KING !
she “was” great?
she’s still alive
If Ann Margret and Elvis had married, he probably would have lived alot longer.
My opinion only … she would have taken better care of him and looked out for him, than Priscilla.

More than Priscilla?
