I dont like this cast because
Brooke just doesn’t look like the part and doesn’t have the voice for it
pugsley: doesn’t sound like pugsley should in pulled he sounds like a really little kid and it sounds like he doesn’t know his lines he was late
wendsday: just doesn’t look like wendsday
Uncle Fester:I didn’t see him much but I don’t think he looks the part
Lurch:he was the only one that I don’t have a problem he was good
Gomez:he doesn’t look right to me for the part but I didn’t see him much

‘Broadway Hit Musical’?, umm Broadwaycom, it might have been a ‘Hit Musical’ when Bebe and Nathan were the lead roles but this is a hit for all the WRONG reasons!
Brooke is okay…Sara’s better…and Bebe Is. The. Best. Of course I’m basing Brooke off of guess…I saw both Bebe and Sara live as Mortisha…but I haven’t seen Brooke live, only ever on YouTube videos. Go Addams Family Musical!!!
love how the title of the youtube video is ‘clips of brooke shield in the addams family’ but the majority of the video is pretty much the new wednesday and a montage with brooke shields popping as an after thought afterwards.
even broadway.com knows she’s not that spectacular in the show.

probably because Bebe’s better than all the Morticias that came after her so they had to make it easier on them!
but it seems weird!! I thought I was the only person who noticed!!
Morticia needs a sexy yet somber combination. Brooke is too happy without the depth needed. Love her in other roles though….just NOT this.
They replaced the oringinal cast with a worse cast!
it looks like they had to loosen the dress for Brooke. Bebe’s was much tighter around the knees.
Everybody commenting is so biased!!! I saw this show 2 days ago….and it was FANTASTIC!!!!!! I loved it!!!! Just because you saw it when it was the original cast and loved it, doesn’t mean the new cast isn’t good. I LOVED IT. So stop being so biased and don’t judge until you’ve seen the FULL show with the NEW cast members. And get out of your head the pictures of the first cast members as how they all should be. B/c they’re BOTH MAGNIFICIENT. The show was incredible. I want to see it again.
Honestly, I dont think that any of the new cast (except grandma, pugsley, and alice) looks anything like the Addams Family! Thank god i saw the original cast!

Rachel’s voice is AMAZING!
i gotta say, i disagree. I saw the new cast in May (except for Brooke) and they’re not bad! in some cases stand out performers! This vid does not give Rachel Potter any justice as Wednesday! She’s amazing live!! As well as Heidi Blickenstaff as Alice! Roger’s not bad himself! Although…i saw Jackie’s understudy Valerie Fagan ..(not very good i.m.o.) but nonetheless, l loved the new cast!
Once they lose Jackie, they’re gone.
I love how people will judge an entire 2.5 hour show based on a 3 minute video.
It’s sad that so many people must confine a character to how he/she/it was portrayed by an original cast member.
Seriously, stop. Rachel has an amazing. But I agree with you about Brooke.. Broadway just isn’t her place
Omg guys, CHILL. Cut them some slack..I know the original cast was great, but so is the current one! Everyone stop hating on Rachel. She’s an amazing Wednesday. He voice is so pure and clear and her vibrato is perfect. Brooke delivered lines very well but I agree her singing sucks. And Roger as Gomez was fucking hysterical. He was fantastic. So before you start criticizing, go see the current cast and shut up.
