Charice & Celine Dion Duet – The Whole Story
On her Taking Chances Tour, Celine Dion invited Charice to sing a duet with her at Madison Square Garden on September 15, 2008. They sang “Because You Loved Me” to a sold out crown of 18000 dedicated to Charice’s mom. Before her last song, Celine introduced Charice and tried to calm the nervous Charice in a 7 minute monologue. A Celine Dion fan, “clbmed02″ from CelineDionForum posted, “Well, the NY crowd disappointed us. We were sitting on the South side and nobody got up even when Celine came around to our side. There were a bunch of old people behind us they told us to sit down at the intro video. Charice blew the crowd away. you know what celine, i’ve been following you, heard your powerful ballad songs, but never seen your face, Ytube is only lately. It’s thru charice that i know you better, by the way i am a CHASTER ADDICT. Celine you have a GOLDEN HEART, thanks to Oprah and DF, without them, i can imagine charice in Philippines, doing a part time singing appearing in TV, and local gig.
