Don’t feel down Lauren you are beautiful! I know it is difficult but don’t let it bring you down b/c you only live once and life is to short to be down all the time.
My advice is to eat throughout the day. Eat like 5 times a day. Make your 3 major meals smaller and have a healthy snack in between those meals(Fruits,granola bars)
Dancing & sports are fun exercise. You should Google there are many helpful sites out there. Exercise doesn’t have to be tedious

i know what you mean, sometimes it takes alot of will power and energy to get your body to work out. What i do is find a goal and work on it. Currently my goal is fat loss and getting a bikini body. This website has helped me out a lot bodyrock.tv. ive lost about 6 lbs in 2 weeks. hope this helps

@papillionbella I know this question was for Lauren, but I also tend to use pretty dark and/or pigmented eyeshadows and I use Hydra Cleanse by Ben Nye as a remover. It does a great job of getting the makeup off without causing any irritation, since I tend to have sensitive skin. And it’s not terribly expensive. Just an idea.

I love this song so much, it reminds me of my ex. I found it by looking up a bunch of stuff on how to get your ex back and I eventually found “Surviving a breakup: Getting Back Your Ex For Good” by Matthew Mehra on Amazon. It helped me to get back the love of my life. It worked for me and I am happy to have found it. Anyway, I <3 this track so much.
Just my 2 cents: In some cases, weight gain is just another symptom of depression. If you focus only on the syptom (going to fat camp) it will be a temporary fix. But if you try to address the root of the problem (a chemical imbalance in the brain), it might change your life. Talking to a doctor should help determine if you need some medication to stablize your mood. Once you do that, you start feeling so much better that motivation to go out an excercise just comes to you with no effort.

What eye make-up remover do you use? I usually wear darker eyeshadows & can’t seem to find a remover that cleans well. I end up w/ lids that look stained after cleansing.

being in the same position for a long time and not eating much makes the metabolism slow down, the opposite emotional eating or larger quantites when you’re stressed out adds pounds. Eat what you like and incorporate healthy things like a light soup or salad because you’re supposed to eat fruit and veggies helps with moderation with your regular meals. No diet, no extreme exercise — walk your doggies a few at a time then come back and switch the rest out and you and your babes get a bit of air.
aww lauren have u ever heard of zumba. it is fitness workout but with dancing it is really fun you do different styles of dancing like bollywood, salsa and modern stuff it is really fun love this look

I know it’s probably already said, but I think it’s a lifestyle change rather than a diet. It’s a change in eating habits, so maybe go on a healthy cooking course or something and then sign up to regular exercise classes – pay in advice, more likely to make you go if you’ve already paid for it! You’ll get there girl. I absolutely love your videos, I sometimes leave them on while doing work to have the chat in the background! Makes me smile

Girl, get the “4Hour Body” book by Timothy Ferriss, and get to do the part that you think is fit for what you want to achieve. I can not diet and I hate to go to gym, so…for me this works.

Me and my mother are got these DVDs and the workout program is called insanity! It’s hard but you have a coach on it and I need to be pushed to do it to! Ik if that helps at all but your supposed to see amazing results in just 60 days so I’m looking forward to start it
