I never heard of this and as a kid I admired Brooke so much-hm where was I??? LOL

I liked this movie as a kid. I saw it on the Disney Channel years ago when it used to be good. This was how I first discovered Brooke Shields.
this movie never really had a chance, and that was totally unfair. Meanwhile, Dick Tracy was released and did well – and that movie was NOT better than this. Brooke got ripped off. I remember that this move was not given a fair chance… makes me mad. A similar thing happened with Billy Zane’s movie. I think he was treated badly by the critics, too.
