My Perfect Bike,
I needed a new bike to ride mountain bike trails with my friends, so instead of going with another real 26″ mountain bike, I went with this DK Cygnus. I figured it was reasonably priced, would be easy/cheap to repair, and would be a sinch to throw into the back of my car. I’ve now had the bike for 9 months and LOVE IT. I didn’t know much about bmx bikes before I bought it, but it turns out this is the perfect bike for me. Its main frame is chromoly so its pretty light, its gearing is perfect for riding up hill, the rear u-brake works really well, and the stock tires have enough bite to handle soft dirt. I easily keep up with and even pass my friends on their fancy 18+ speed mountain bikes that cost 3x as much! I added a front brake just to scrub off a little speed on the downhill but besides that this bike doesn’t need anything else. Its taken some abuse, a few spills and some really rough trails but it hasn’t skipped a beat and rides just as smooth as the day I got it. And the installiation was easy too. I’ve never put a bike together before but I didn’t have any problems. The pedals took me a while, I didn’t know that one of them has a reverse-thread, but once I figured it out, I was riding within an hour.
Like I wrote earlier, I’m not a bmx pro and I’m probably not using this bike what its meant for, but it is an EXCELLENT BIKE and I have NO COMPLAINTS at all. When I eventually break this bike, I’ll happily buy another.

|Very Happy With Our Purchase,
The box arrived in very bad shape and I was immediately concerned on how messed up the bike may be. DK did a great job packaging the bike and there was no damage at all.
Very simple to assemble. It is a good quality bike and my son has been riding daily since we recieved it.
Based on all of my visits to local bike shops before buying this bike, I feel that we probably saved about $100.00 buying it from Amazon.
