Ok people, this is like sinatra covering james brown. OF COURSE IT ISNT GOING TO HAVE SOUL. But that doesn’t make it BAD. It’s just different! And it’s good! I personally like Otis’s version better, but I could’t sing it like either of them! This is obviously a vocal-jazz cover. Very nice, props to Buble.

@hermanoguzman Not really. It can be done just a little more uptempo without still going off into Otis Redding/Commitments Land. Buble’s entitled to his interpretation of this song, it’s been around for 80 years FFS, but to do it Big Band/Frank Sinatra doesn’t have to mean slow and lugubrious.
This song is originally a pop standard, not soul. How buble sings it is more or less how it is originally sung.
@inupuppy101 well I like Glee so i don’t know why you say that. Just as you say be thankful to them. I love glee and I love Bublé. No problem with that, maybe you shouldn’t put all of us in the same bag.

How is it that everybody can listen to Glee kill every song out there and call them genius, and then come to this video and chew this guy out. Sure nothing ever beats originals, but that doesn’t automatically make this crap. If anything, be thankful to the guy, he’s bringing attention back to the originals. Insuring that they will be remembered at least a while longer than expected. Musical history is being forgotten, we need all the reminders we can get.
