hey I took the risk and brought this book it had no reviews so I was kinda doubtful
to my surprise this book is really worth every penny (is cheap anyways) and very useful
I am starting with android, I know java, but not xml and the different ways to create visual interfaces with android this really helps a lot for all of the starters out there.

It starts from the very beginning and take you thru the main features of android UI. Cheap yet 100% recommended. Guess it was written for those of us with too little time to spend reading a programming book.
