1000 horses could not stop me…
I just wanted her to know what is hers is valuable.
Off the top of my head, 3 buyers willing to give the same in return for what I give. One of them is more attractive than my ex. One of them is rich And famous. One of them has kids and I just can’t go there. This life confuses me sometimes, but I know what I stand for.
I have something marketable and valuable, but only to a market of one. Gee, I must really like that person, huh.
It’s been 10 years, and I have never faltered. Is that worth something to you?
Eventually, I had to hide in the shower. However, I took this song to heart, and that is now the root of her problems.
Her problem is that I just won’t let go. That used to be an admirable trait, but now I am the fabled stalker. I would laugh, except I keep getting called to court about it.
This was the first song I listened to, really, with the love of my life. I was 18, she was 16, it was in her parent’s livingroom, at that time.
Am-C-G-F-C <3
@PLUMBUM47 That’s because you’ve got the emotional range of a teaspoon.
@MissTiggyish This is a memorial tribute to Ric who passed in 1977. He was the greatest Stones fan to this day. His friends put joints and Stones tickets in his coffin. It was so emotional. And this song brings it all back to me, everytime I hear. I love and miss you Ric
My favourite Rolling Stones song. :’)
This will be played at my funeral.
@PLUMBUM47 probably the best comment i have ever read
21 people got dragged away by wild horses.
@kcarriere100 I’m a new dad and have been playing this to my daughter with the same promise……timeless!!
Wild Horses could’nt drage me away for you
susan boyle crucified this.
Personally this song has to be one of my favorite stones songs. I can’t pick a favorite because its impossible. But what this song also shows is how valuable Richards was to this band. Listen to those guitars? Truly amazing. Richards wrote it in 69 after the birth of his son Marlon, and Richards not wanting to leave him to go on tour.
I’ve been hearing this song for over 20 years and it still puts tears down my cheeks.
Beautiful Song. Reminds me of my parents.
My mom said my dad would play it all the time for me after I was born.
Because he swore to never abandon my mom and me.
If you are a major punk i regret to say……….. you may not understand this tune
1 of the finest
@PLUMBUM47 Hahahahaha why is that like one of the funniest comments i’ve ever fucking read!
