Does what is says it does, pretty cheap, too. I bought one for vista and win7 since I have both os’s running on multiple machines. Till someone comes up with a truly fast, easy and consistently effective backup solution, these are needed.

Allowed me to repair my own PC when the local PC repair folks at FRYS had given up! I took the PC to the local folks 2 times.
Both times they said it was repaired. It wasn’t repaired. I took it home an fixed it myself with your disk!

You can probably create your own Win 7 Systems Repair Disk.
Here are Microsoft’s Instructions:
To create a system repair disc
1. Open Backup and Restore by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance, and then clicking Backup and Restore.
2.In the left pane, click Create a system repair disc, and then follow the steps. If you’re prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Note
If you’re prompted to insert a Windows installation disc, it means that the files needed to create the system repair disc can’t be found on your computer. Insert a Windows 7 installation disc.
