@rayj235 yes you can, I do capoeira (if you don’t know it youtube or google it) and I see a lot of pregnant women who are doing flips and back bends and stuff. If you workout like that non stop for some years, and she has been doing big time working out from little kid to now, stuff like bending while pregnant is almost like bending while not being pregnant.

I can say for a fact that it is the material of the dress that has cause the fold around her stomach, I saw someone who is definitely pregnant last week wearing a similar material and her dress did the same thing!!!
