Well, if you would like to learn about organizational development I would definitely recommend you to learn it from a different author. I had a really hard time reading this book. It is not well structured at all. Someone needed to spend sometime and do some proofreading on this one. It was like reading a thesis that was put into a book format just to publish something. I did not find any new ideas on this book either, it was mostly gathering information from different sources and dumping them all together. Spend your money on something else -if you can, and if this is not on your mandatory reading list.
