Just when we desparately need this book,

|Nice coffee table book,
While looking for a book about the United States for a cousin in Italy who is intrigued by the United States, I came across this one. Since the cousin speaks some English but is not fluent, this book was perfect because it is a “picture book” of beautiful photographs. Each page contains a photo, pure and simple. The descriptions of each photo are in the back of the book, where the page number of the photo and a smalll photo accompany the description.
It was a large, heavy book to lug around Italy prior to giving it to him but it was worth it, seeing how pleased he was to look at (and identify some of) many U.S. landmarks and the countryside. A nice gift as a coffee table book.
One especially nice thing, Amazon’s price was far lower than what it cost in a local bookstore.

After searching local book stores for a book of large photos of U.S. landmarks and things that make America great, we found just what we were looking for on AMAZON. An amazingly low price on such a large, nice hardback book. We gave it to the foster family of our son we adopted from Thailand. We knew they couldn’t read English so we wanted a book of large photos of our country. PERFECT! Ordered one for myself also!

I was looking for the cheapest Kindle version of the Constitution, and I think this is it. The only problem is that it doesn’t include the Amendments or even the Bill of Rights. I’m sure you can get those separately, but wanted to make people aware that they aren’t included in this download.
As a side-note, I strongly recommend anyone who is studying the Constitution to also read the Federalist Papers. Reading first hand what James Madison and the other Framer’s had in mind when they wrote the Constitution is very enlightening, especially compared to what is taught in many of our schools.

|There are no amendments in this Version!,
While it is nice to see what our nation started off with in the constitution, if you want to know what the constitiution says NOW, you’ll need to select another ebook. The amendments are not included!
