I think China’s problems greatly overshadow Stone. I think her point was good. The Chinese government sucks. If they had better building codes, a lot fewer people would have died. I don’t think it’s Karma, but it’s bad government by deferential people who’ve allowed PRC to run amok. Bad disasters are worse with a government who doesn’t care about their own people and bully their peace loving neighbors. Good on Stone for pointing it out. I’m sure she’ll get by without Chinese support.
