Get real. I agree she’s a fine actress and she tries very hard by taking a lot of serious roles. All respect to her. But anybody claiming she’s one of the best actresses working today is deluded or plain ignorant. Oh, and the reason you mention gorgeous first means your admiration for her looks clouds your judgment of her acting, which at times is a bit forced. She’s not Meryl Streep for crying out loud.
Also, why would you want to become an actress? Get a real job instead.

Agree to disagree shall we? I think she’s a good actress, although id love to see her in different roles. VERY well in handling interviews. Who cares if she’s a slut etc etc? She’s doing her job and has her own personal life so if her personal life effects any of you, then you have a problem and I suggest you get a life and stop criticizing hers. That’s the paparazzis job unfortunately. Good day.

tho i do think the duke was a bad guy…not that he was a monster, but just not a good guy at least. uhg! such a good movie.
I loooooove this movie, she did a really really great job, as always. She’s really talented, i mean, REALLY. And her accent… it just makes things better!
